Accessories for your blast machine
The right accessories decide on efficiency and safety in blast operation. Blast nozzles in ceramic, tungsten carbide or boron carbide, filter elements for clean exhaust air, personal protective equipment – Microbeads AG keeps wear parts and consumables for the common machine types in stock. We advise on nozzle geometry, filter grade and protective gear.
Filter Elements
Filter cartridges
These powerful filter cartridges fit both our own equipment and third-party units, covering common blasting plants and extraction devices. On request, we supply them in differing filtration grades.
Filter pockets
These dust- and particle-tight filter pockets deliver dependable air cleaning while blasting continues, and they suit the common extraction devices and filtration plants.
Filter sleeves
Filtration elements of tubular form, working inside industrial dust collectors and blasting plants. We deliver them in a range of lengths and diameters.
Filter bags
Replacing these filter bags is a simple affair, and their capacity to take up dust is high. They are used in wet separators and industrial vacuum cleaners.
Blast Guns
Blast gun type BNP
An injector blasting gun of Type BNP, designed for mineral and organic abrasives. The grip is ergonomically shaped and the build robust enough for continuous work inside the blast cabin.
Blast gun type DI
Where greater blasting output is required, this pressure-injector blasting gun of Type DI does the job. It handles all common mineral, organic and metallic abrasives.
Blast gun type A
A slimly built, compact blasting gun of Type A for work in the blast cabin. The abrasive feed can be metered precisely.
Automatic blast gun
A blasting gun developed for mechanical operation within automatic blasting plants. It can be steered and regulated with precision and needs little maintenance in service.
Blast Nozzles & Holders
Boron carbide nozzles, straight
Intended for everyday blasting tasks, this straight nozzle reaches service lives that can be ten times those of a ceramic nozzle, owing to its boron carbide material.
Boron carbide nozzles, Venturi
On this boron carbide nozzle the Venturi geometry raises both blast media throughput and blasting performance, while compressed-air consumption falls at the same time.
Nozzle holder type 1
This sturdy nozzle holder accommodates blasting nozzles and fits common gun bodies as well as standard blast hoses.
Nozzle holder type 2
The extended shaft of the Type 2 nozzle holder makes work at hard-to-reach spots easier.
Nozzle holder type 3
Because this nozzle holder is made of aluminium, the overall weight of the blasting equipment turns out lower.
Nozzle holder type 4
This nozzle holder serves automated blasting plants and robot-based operations, with the connection established via a thread.
Ceramic nozzles
Blasting nozzles in high-grade ceramic with an attractive price-to-performance ratio. They suit mineral and organic abrasives, and several bore diameters can be supplied.
Tungsten carbide nozzles
Blasting nozzles made of tungsten carbide (WC-Co) that resist wear well. Compared with ceramic nozzles they reach a markedly longer service life and are suited to demanding blasting work.
Boron carbide nozzles
Blasting nozzles in boron carbide (B₄C) with exceptionally long life. They lead the field in service life and are particularly recommended for metallic abrasives and intensive continuous use.
Blast Gloves
Arm protection glove, PVC, black
Designed for routine work in blast cabinets, this long black PVC arm-protection glove shields the hands and forearms dependably from impacting blast media particles.
Arm protection glove, neoprene, black
Made of neoprene and finished in black, this long arm-protection glove suits work under damp conditions particularly well thanks to its pronounced flexibility and outstanding resistance to abrasion.
Blaster glove, stainless-steel mesh
Built for extreme blasting use, this glove of tightly woven stainless steel mesh provides a high degree of protection against mechanical loads.
Protective glove, neoprene, short
Offering a secure grip and fine dexterity, this short black neoprene blasting glove is recommended primarily for lighter blasting work.
Protective glove, cotton, natural
Made from cotton fabric in a natural shade, this long protective glove is pleasant to wear and air-permeable, making it suitable for blasting with light blast media.
Protective glove, PVC, brown
This heavy-duty protective glove carries a brown PVC coating and withstands both blast media impact and chemical influences.
Protective glove, PVC, dark green
A glove in dark green PVC, intended for general blasting work. The material stands up well to abrasion and allows a firm, secure hold.
Protective glove, cotton, white
A short-cut cotton glove in white. Its low weight and comfortable fit make it well suited to light tasks and to wearing as an inner liner, while keeping costs low.
Blast Operator PPE
Free-blasting hood with visor
During open-air blasting this protective hood keeps abrasive particles away from the entire head and face, while a generously sized clear visor ensures an unobstructed view.
Blast safety helmet, closed
For demanding open-air blasting this completely sealed blasting helmet, equipped with a built-in fresh-air feed, delivers the best possible protection.
Blaster protective suit, complete
Manufactured from robust material, this full blasting-operator suit covers the entire body against the action of abrasive blast media.
Blaster protective jacket
Reinforced at the shoulders and sleeves, this rugged protective jacket is intended for blasting work and can be worn together with the matching protective trousers.
Blaster protective trousers
With reinforced sections at the knees and seat, these hard-wearing protective trousers are designed for blasting work and can be worn alongside the protective jacket.
Compressed-air breathing apparatus
Whether in blast cabinets or during open-air blasting, this breathing apparatus with a compressed-air connection for fresh-air supply is required and forms part of the mandatory equipment for every blasting task.
Replacement visor foils
When abrasive impact clouds a helmet or hood lens, this exchangeable protective film can be renewed within moments. It fits blasting helmets and protective hoods.
Air regulator for breathing protection
To keep the blast operator supplied with clean, breathable air, this combined pressure regulator and filter conditions the compressed air feeding the breathing apparatus.
Other
Blasting-media sieves
Both vibrating and manual sieves are offered for reclaiming and grading blast media, supplied in every standard mesh and screen size. Separating out fines and impurities keeps the media usable for longer and produces a more consistent blasting result.
zub.Übersicht
