MB – Compact blast cabinet 2642/7
Dust-tight low-pressure blast cabinet with integrated abrasive recycling and a separately positioned filter extraction unit. Designed for daily workshop operation with constant abrasive recovery and clean air recirculation.

MB – Blast cabinets for wheels and body parts
Dust-proof low-pressure cabinet with a small footprint – designed for alloy wheels and small body parts. Available as suction or pressure variant. The high-performance blast head uses a tungsten carbide nozzle; the cartridge filter unit including extraction motor sits directly at the rear of the cabin. Almost any mineral, organic or metallic blasting medium can be processed.

MB – Economy Strahlkabinen
Budgetfreundliche Einstiegs-Strahlkabine nach dem Injektorprinzip – konzipiert für kleinere Stückzahlen, Reparaturarbeiten und gelegentlichen Werkstatt-Einsatz. MB – Maxi blast cabinets, automotive type
Large-volume blast cabinet for bulky parts from body shops and industry. Complete equipment with media reclaim, extraction motor and cartridge filter unit; choice of suction or pressure process. As a lapping cabinet it replaces manual sanding in paint preparation – faster, more even, reproducible.

MB – Mini blast container, automotive type
Walk-in blast system in container construction – ideal for man-sized workpieces. The sandwich walls (60 mm insulation panels, 3 mm wear-resistant rubber) keep dust in and noise out. The integrated blasting-media reclaim system handles practically all mineral, organic and metallic media.

MB – Portable blast units
Mobile pressure-blasting pots for on-site work – four versions (suction, pressure, low-pressure, dust-free) in pot sizes from 24 to 200 litres. The low-pressure version is our answer for the gentle blasting process when very fine media must be run at low pressure. Built for construction sites, façade work and metalwork.

MB – Professional blast cabinets type NI and NP
The NI/NP series is our choice for demanding industrial applications in daily duty. Type NI uses the suction process, type NP uses the pressure-blast system – compatible with mineral, organic and metallic recycling media. Consistently designed for low maintenance: wear-resistant interior, well-thought-out ergonomics, minimal downtime.

MB – Micro fine-blasting technology
Fine-blasting technology for millimetre-precise work: pressure-blast units in tabletop format, designed for mineral media up to 250 µm. The slim hand-piece (tungsten carbide nozzle 0.8 – 1.5 mm) lets you precisely work contours, edges, slots, undercuts and small bores. Ideal for dental laboratories, tool and mould making and fine restoration work.

MB – Automotive Blaster
The specialised system for body and paint shops that matt plastic add-on parts every day. The vortex-rotation process applies an even base finish to bumpers, spoilers, radiator grilles, fenders and bonnets – without sandpaper, without manual work. Compared to manual processing, throughput drops by a factor of 6 to 8; running three parts a day pays the system back in roughly two years.

MB – Business blast cabinets type RR
The type RR is the bigger sister of the GL series – for shops with regular blast load and larger workpieces. Choose between suction and pressure design depending on the application; in the pressure version the cabin also handles metallic recycling media. Loading via side doors or front flap, complete with powerful extraction.
